Hi All,I received my Peloton treadmill today and I seem to be having an issue where if I go above 3MPH it tells me that the treadmill is going to turn off because no one is on it. I've called customer service and they have told me that I am below the min. weight requirement and it will not work for me. I am 5'0" and weigh 102lbs. I love the Peloton workouts on my standard treadmill. I am up to 4 a week. I love them! I do think that my treadmill increases and decreases the incline slower than the instructors Peloton tread but it doesn’t effect me much.
