So I have recently switched to the Iron Will HIT inserts + collars and they appear to be more durable so far with similar impacts. My only complaint with the Iron Will system is that the HIT inserts only go up to 100 grains, while the Ethics inserts will go up to 200. Thanks everyone for the help..

I have a 2015 Synergy and 2016 Impulse limbs fit just fine.
